What can my referrer see about me?

Only your name, email, Passport progress, status and hours worked. They never see your application answers, documents, bank details, or right-to-work and vetting information.

Can other companies see my staff?

No. Each company only sees officers who applied to it. Your applicants, staff and hours are not visible to anyone else.
